Major Overhaul of Gas Pressure Reduction and Regulation Stations
To extend the service life of equipment and reduce the risk of gas supply interruptions, all Gas Pressure Reduction and Regulation Stations across various industries require continuous and specialized operation and major overhaul services. Gas stations should be monitored on a daily basis, and in the event of even minor issues in the gas supply process, corrective action should be taken as quickly as possible.
In accordance with the standards and guidelines of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), even when no issues are identified during daily operational inspections, gas stations should undergo seasonal and annual inspections to reduce the risk of gas supply interruptions and extend the service life of station equipment. Equipment spare parts should also be replaced as required, depending on the type of equipment.
In addition, the valves installed at gas stations should be lubricated on a seasonal basis. Vessels and filters installed at gas stations should also be inspected periodically, and their filter elements should be replaced as necessary.
